Free Event – Keeping Sane® by Understanding Caring for Older Persons

GRAI WriterEvents, GRAI News, Health and Wellbeing

Come along if you are caring for or volunteering with an older person as this session will help you recognise any depression, anxiety and delirium they may have. It will help you develop an awareness of what is helpful to lift an older person’s mood and let you know when it is time to get help or let someone else know what is happening.
